The room was splendid and exceptionally nice, with a fantastically comfy bed. the location was marvellous, not very far from Rose Historic Chapel. - the city center was just a short walk away from the hotel.

The hotel was big, with outstandingly friendly staff and comfortable location to Christchurch city centre. Location: the venue was right by nice eateries & the botanical gardens as well as a short walk from downtown😃🙂

The hotel with spotless rooms, in a downtown area, to all the town center. Varied and large breakfast with toast, hot options plus juice prepared by accommodating staff.

The owners and 'hosts' were lovely - friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Staying at Eliza's Manor is a delightful old world experience. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed the special touches of home made cookies and chocolates. Our parting gifts including a teddy bear wearing an Eliza's Manor t - shirt was the 'icing on the cake'. We loved our stay and are looking forward to a return visit in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B in New Zealand. The location was perfect for exploring the town center on foot. The historic building was charming and my room, the Pyne room, had beautiful leaded glass windows. The bathroom was spacious with a heated floor and a luxurious claw foot tub. I appreciated the tea kettle in the room, along with a selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The manager went above and beyond to meet all of my needs and even saved me from leaving without my backpack. The breakfasts were delicious and had a variety of made to order options. I highly recommend this B&B for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I must say, we got great value for our money at this charming hotel. The room was absolutely delightful and the location couldn't have been better, close to downtown and surrounded by good restaurants and a beautiful park. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the breakfast time had been communicated to us more clearly. Unfortunately, we missed it because we weren't informed about the timing.

We stayed at a boutique B&B housed in a beautiful historic building. the spacious room was full of unique character, and the plush bedding made for a cozy night's sleep. the bathroom was clean and came with complimentary toiletries. the friendly staff served a satisfying breakfast with plenty of choices. the location was convenient and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The price felt a bit too high for the overall experience.
